Currently with SSW Advanced Technologies, his past leadership roles include key positions at Schott, Zeiss Vision, and Hella. Ulrich is known for connecting sales strategy with operational excellence to drive growth and profitability.

Kendra Brill is a serial entrepreneur and executive coach with a strong track record in helping leadership teams scale their businesses. After leading a regional venture portfolio, she now coaches executives across various industries such as energy, health tech, and software. Kendra also actively supports non-profits and serves on various technology company boards.
