Stage Micrometers
顕微鏡用スライドガラスの中央部に微細なスケールを蒸着しています。顕微鏡の倍率校正や接眼レンズ用レチクルの目盛校正用途に主に使用されます。不要な乱反射を抑える目的のため、基板の有効径エリア外を黒アルマイト処理したタイプ (アルミ基板使用)と、処理していないタイプ (ガラス基板使用)があります。基板外形は25.4 x 76.2mm (共通サイズ)です。
