The Gardasoft TR-CL180 Industrial Lens Controller provides repeatable, precision control of Optotune Industrial Focus-Tunable Lenses that have a Hirose connector. Developed in collaboration with Optotune, this focus-tunable lens controller offers a control range of -400 to +400mA and is adjustable in 0.1mA steps for fine tuning of the optical performance of the connected lens. The controller also automatically reads data from the erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) of the tunable lens and includes constant current lens drive, allowing for the controller response to be tailored and calibrated to the connected tunable lens. The Gardasoft Industrial Lens Controller enables continuous electronic focus in machine vision applications where the working distance is constantly changing, such as in postal identification or package inspection. The Gardasoft Industrial Lens Controller is GigE Vision compliant, triniti™ enabled, has LabVIEW support, and is compatible with popular machine vision imaging software packages.
