Edmund Optics is primarily a business to business (B2B) company and does not knowingly collect non-business-related Personal Information, as defined above. We continually monitor our databases to ensure that only information related to business contacts is stored and used for the purposes detailed within this privacy policy. If we have mistakenly used non-business related information to contact you then please let us know using any of the contact methods listed in section 15.
b) Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL)

We are committed to using all reasonable organisational, technical and administrative measures to protect the information that you provide to us. When inputting information onto our website, sensitive information (such as credit or debit card information) is encrypted and protected via SSL encryption, and is subsequently transferred and tokenised by our payment provider. Edmund Optics does not store your credit or debit card information on any of our systems.
Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.
