Robotics for Space Exploration (RSX)
Univ of Toronto's Applied Science and Engineering design team aimed at investigating the use of robotics within and throughout space.
Society of Mechatronics Engineering Technology
Texas A&M Engineering student organization whose mission is to provide students with hands-on engineering experience through space robotics projects such as the University Rover Challenge.
Mars Rover Design Team
Missouri S&T student organization that designs and builds Mars rovers for the University Rover Challenge. Their mission is to inspire future engineers and space explorers.
University of Toronto Aerospace Team (UTAT)
A student engineering group focused on aerospace projects, including the FINCH CubeSat. Their mission is to enhance accessibility to space technology and provide students with practical experience in aerospace and optical system design.
Optics Summer School Program OSSP
Univ of Toronto outreach, run by the SPIE & Optica student chapter, introduces high school students to optics and photonics through hands-on activities, lectures, and lab experiences.
Indy Autonomous Challenge
University teams compete in challenges to advance technology for commercializing autonomous vehicles and enhancing advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for improved safety and performance.
MIT Motorsports
MIT Motorsports is a student-run team that designs, builds, and competes an electric Formula SAE racecar each year, applying engineering skills to high-level collegiate competition.
REXUS/BEXUS
The REXUS/BEXUS (Rocket and Balloon Experiments for University Students) programme allows students from universities across Europe to carry out scientific and technological experiments on sounding rockets and stratospheric balloons.
OEDK
OEDK at Rice University provides undergrad students across STEM disciplines with a space to design, prototype, and deploy solutions to real-world challenges. Teams work on projects proposed by industry partners and the Texas Medical Center, creating hands-on experiences with meaningful societal impact.
